Tasting Notes
A blend of 61% Sémillon and 39% Sauvignon Blanc, the 2024 Pagodes de Cos Blanc reveals a delicate, elegant bouquet of spring flowers, pear and white fruits mingled with boxwood. Medium-bodied, lively and incisive, it's juicy and round with bright acids that lead to a long, mouthwatering finish. This is a nice rendition of this cuvée.

The 2024 Les Pagodes de Cos Blanc is supple and engaging. Soft contours wrap around a core of apricot, white pepper, mint, sage, chalk and slate. This is the first vintage in which Sémillon drives the blend. That comes through in the wine's mid-palate oiliness and overall balance. There's gorgeous weight and substance here.
Delicious, grippy, vibrant, and so juicy. Grated ginger, citrus, white peach, easy to to fall in love with, totally joyous. Pressed directly into barrel and kept there for seven months with lees stirring. Angélique Vigouroux oversees the whites at cos. Really is one to look out for, a buy. 3.07ph. 3.07 pH. Harvest 17 to 27 September. 17% new oak.
The 2024 Pagodes de Cos Blanc, which has one of the lowest pH levels and more Sémillon (61%), offers pretty lime, white peach and orange pith scents with just a touch of lychee in the background. The palate is clean and fresh on the entry with a fine bead of acidity, good weight on the mid-palate and a slightly pithy finish. This has good potential.
