Delivery statuses
To keep up to date with all your items that are moving from place to place, please visit the In transit tab. As an improvement upon our previous tracking page, we have included information around where the item is going, and specifically what stage it is at.
There are now multiple statuses for a delivery - Delivery scheduled and In progress. Delivery scheduled means that the item has been assigned a delivery request, and will be on the move shortly. In progress represents items that have actually been picked and are on a journey to their next destination.
By hovering over the In progress tag you can see exactly where that item is going - whether its from supplier to F+R, or from F+R to your address.
Statuses on the History tab
Alongside the In transit tab, there are also more granular updates on your items' progress in the History tab. For more on the History tab, please visit our guide.
ETAs
There is one conspicuously absent piece of information on this page currently, and that is estimated times of arrival. We are well aware of the desire to include these, and are working hard to ensure that we can provide the most accurate and reliable information possible here. Our previous ETA solution did not match the level of accuracy that we want our customers to have, and we'd rather spend some more time getting it right than provide incorrect information to you. We hope that we'll be able to release our new and improved ETAs soon!
